"My order was kinda messed up tbh"
I ordered a few candles, but when the package showed up, two of them were the wrong ones. Not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying since I was excited for the scents I picked. Hoping they can get it sorted out quikcly.

"Nice scents, just wish they were a bit stronger"
When I first opened the candles, they smelled really nice. A couple of them gave off that cozy, warm feeling you hope for, but some of the scents didn’t really carry through the room much and faded fast. I don’t want to be unfair because they’re definitely not bad candles, but for the price, I feel like it’s reasonable to expect a little more consistency. Overall, it was kind of hit or miss

"Not always the same"
I’ve ordered this a few times. The smell changes with each order. It doesn’t seem consistent.

"Barely any scent at all"
I ordered this candle thinking it would actually make the room smell nice, but I could barely notice it unless I was standing right next to it. Disappointing, especially for the price. It kind of makes me wonder if they’re more focused on making it look good and taking your money than on making a candle that actually performs

"Consultant side was a Mess"
The consultant side felt like a total mess. I didn’t get any real support, and most of the time it felt like I was just being ignored. Frustrating Experience overall.

"I did hear back from customer service, but..."
I did hear back from customer service, but it took longer than I was hoping. They eventually answered my question, so that was fine... just not exactly quick. Overall, it was okay, nothing terrible, just kind of slower than expected.
"How is this site so frustrating?!"
I tried using the website it was such a hassle. I couldn’t find what I needed, the pages were loading super slowly, and then checkout kept glitching on me?! I tried twice and eventually just gave up. Not a great experience at all.

"Always OUT OF STOCK lately"
Every time I check for the stuff I actually want, it’s never available. It’s getting frustrating because I keep coming back hoping it’ll be restocked, and nope — still OUT OF STOCK.

"Kind of Hit or Miss"
This one was hit or miss for me. The wax started tunneling, and the wick kept drowning, so it barely burned the way it should. I ended up with a bunch of wax left around the sides, which was frustrating

"Good stuff, but the pricing is frustrating"
I’m kind of torn on this because the products are actually nice and I wanted to like the experience more. But then I looked at the prices and kept thinking, really? It just feels like you’re paying a lot more than what you’re actually getting, which is frustrating because the quality isn’t bad at all.

Well... I ordered a couple of candles from Gold Canyon and they do smell really nice. One of them burned evenly, but the other seemed to run down faster than I expected. Overall, they’re not bad, but for the price I was hoping they’d last a bit longer. I might give them another try, but I’m still on the fence

"Good order overall, but the packaging wasn’t great"
My order from goldcanyon.com arrived on time, which I was happy about. So in that sense, everything went smoothly, I guess.
The box was kind of banged up when it got here, and one of the candles had a few scuffs on the outside. Nothing was actually broken or ruined, but it definitely didn’t feel like it had been packed as securely as it probably should’ve been.
I ended up keeping everything because the candles still smell really nice, and I’m mostly okay with the order. I just think the packaging could use a little more care. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

"Return was a bigger hassle than I expected"
I ordered from goldcanyon.com and ended up needing to return part of my order. The return instructions were, uh, not very clear, so I had to email them more than once just to figure out what I was supposed to do.
Once I finally sent everything back, the refund took way longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates, but mostly just got vague, generic replies that didn’t really tell me much.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me the whole return and refund process was frustrating. i don’t think I’d order from them again...
